Vertigo
Vertigo is a sensation of dizziness or feeling off-balance often caused by inner ear problems such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), Meniere’s disease, vestibular neuritis or labyrinthitis. This sensation is commonly associated with head and neck injuries, strokes, tumors, medications, and migraines. It can be difficult to pinpoint exactly why you feel dizzy or light-headed as the root cause of these symptoms can vary case by case.
